Installing the clutch push rod with its felt seal can often be a pain in the ass. I made a installation tool that makes this job quick and easy. It works like a ring compressor. A chamfered end makes it easy to slip over the felt to compress it. Then it’s left in place while the rod is inserted into the transmission, the tool keeps to felt compressed until the last moment when it is released into the transmission. #shopmadetools #transmissionrepair #bmwairhead #scottiesworkshop #vintagebmwmotorcycles
