Correction of simple dents is first attempted with the spot-stud welder and slide hammer. This normally works good. I just bought Jeff’s all-original #r80gs and we will be giving it a #Revival service with some tasty cosmetic improvements. These will include servicing (or replacing) chassis bearings, rebuilding the forks and top end, replacing all the cables and rubber items, rebuilding the fuel supply and carburetors, and doing a fair bit of powder coating to brackets and other items.
