Today, Karl picked up his R60-2 motor after it received a restoration—including crankshaft rebuild, new bearing carrier and bearings, replacement camshaft and followers, new pistons, we even replaced a cylinder head and rebuilt both with new seats, guides, valves and springs, and a Vape ignition—at #Scottiesworkshop #vintagebmwmotorcycles

This gorgeous Tim Stafford 1967 R50/2 in classy Bristol is available at Scottie's Workshop. The bike has seen only approximately 1,700km since being meticulously restored by master Tim Stafford about 2010. The owner is sparing no expense in preparing the bike for the next owner. However, it doesn't need much. Scottie's Workshop is replacing slightly aging rubber bits: pushrod tube rubbers (top end reseal), drive shaft boot, Metzelers and some other rubber items, refreshing all fluids and performing a Service II (tune-up, chassis lube, safety inspection).
