The individual restored parts lead to #components #restoration. In a #finaldrive or #transmission for example, every internal and external part is restored. If not in near-new condition, bushings, shafts and gears are replaced or fabricated. All bearings are replaced with name-brand c3 units or proprietary bearings from #BMW. Expendible items (like the final drive pinion threaded collar) are replaced.
